Face Up Labs is a new UK skincare company built on one idea: men’s skin is biologically different from women’s skin, and almost nobody is formulating for it seriously. We’ve engineered a tight three‑product system, backed by evidence‑led actives and regulatory rigour from day one, launching UK‑first in the first half of 2027.
What we believe
Men’s skin is different. The category hasn’t caught up.
Men’s skincare already exists, but it splits into two extremes: mass‑market products that aren’t engineered for male skin at all, and clinical‑grade actives priced for an occasional treat, not a daily routine. That leaves men who want good skincare with three options: settle for lower quality, pay through the nose, or reach for something designed for women’s skin that was never optimised for theirs.

For Manufacturers
- Detailed formulation briefs are written for all three SKUs, with target actives, concentrations, pH windows and open questions already specified
- A mutual NDA is available before any detailed cost, supplier or formulation discussion
- We’re looking for a partner who treats the brief as a starting point worth engaging with, not a wishlist to trim down to a standard base
- It’s hugely important to us that we find a manufacturing partner for the long term, not a single production run, someone who wants to grow with us
